Who writes the guides?
A small team of former students and early career professionals. We test what we recommend and keep everything practical.
How often do you update deals?
We review deals weekly. Time sensitive offers include a visible end date. If something expires, we replace it quickly.
Are your city guides global or local?
We publish by city. Each guide covers study spots, cheap eats, transport, housing basics, and key contacts in that city.
Can I submit a tip or a deal?
Yes. Send your tip, link, and any proof to contact@studentplanify.com. Include your first name or an alias if you want credit.
Do you use AI for content?
We use AI as a helper for outlines and drafts. Every article is checked, edited, and tested by a human before publishing.
Do you earn money from links?
Sometimes. When a link is an affiliate link we label it. This never changes our criteria for what is useful for students.
Can I use your templates for free?
Yes. Most planners and checklists are free to copy. We may add premium templates later but the basics will remain free.
How do you handle sensitive topics like housing and jobs?
We add clear notes on risks, verified sources, and what to check before you sign or apply. When needed we link to official pages.
How can I request a guide for my city?
Email contact@studentplanify.com with your city and three top questions. If there is enough interest we will prioritize it.
I found an error. What should I do?
Send the page link, the error, and a short note to contact@studentplanify.com. We will fix it and can credit you on the page if you agree.
